Edusave Emerging 21st Century Competencies (E21CC) Award

Edusave Award for E21CC

With effect from 2024, the Edusave Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership & Service (EAGLES) is enhanced to recognise students with consistent and exemplary demonstration of Emerging 21^st Century Competencies (E21CC). This is part of a larger goal to prepare our students to thrive in a fast-changing, complex and inter-connected world, by encouraging the development and application of future-ready competencies.

Eligibility Criteria

1.              The award is given out to Singapore Citizens who have met the selection criteria and have cleared the selection process.

2.              Students must attain a conduct grade ‘Good’ or better.

3.              Students must have demonstrated E21CC in a consistent and exemplary manner as observed in school settings and contexts.

Taking reference from MOE’s Framework for 21^st Century Competencies and Student Outcomes, Hong Wen School has selected the following three competencies, namely Communication, Collaboration as well as Critical / Inventive Thinking as our focus areas in our selection process.

Form of Award

1.              Similar to other Edusave awards, the awardees will receive a certificate and an award voucher. The award quanta are as follows:
